THE LERWICK HOTEL

RECEPTIONIST

Salary £16,640.00 per annum; reception is open from 7am to 11pm daily, and a team of 3 receptionists cover this on a shift system.

You should have a personable disposition and be capable of dealing efficiently and accurately with telephone calls, external and internal, accommodation and restaurant reservations, money handling, and computer usage; full on the job training provided.

Accommodation available in Lerwick, if required.

THE SHETLAND HOTEL

KITCHEN PORTER

£7.50 per hour; plenty of hours available, to assist with keeping the kitchen clean at all times, generally processing the dishes and cutlery from food service, and carrying out other daily duties as required by the head chef.

Accommodation available in Lerwick, if required.

WAITING STAFF

£7.50 per hour; to assist in our busy Waterfront Bar and Grill; breakfast lunch and dinner on a shift system; full on the job training provided, and accommodation available in Lerwick if required.  You should like dealing with the public, be fast on our feet, and enjoy a busy restaurant environment.
