The Bay Brasserie
The Bay Brasserie is in the heart of the hotel and is popular with hotel residents and Shetlanders alike. The staff are well trained, friendly and knowledgeable.
The menu uses Shetland produce where possible and is varied and extensive and changes regularly. We are child friendly and have high chairs; toddler cups and cutlery; and a children's menu.

Club Lounge
Our Club Lounge is the place to relax, have a drink, sip a coffee, chat with friends, find a quiet corner to read or peruse the menu for the new Bay Brasserie. You can order your food here or come here to relax after your meal. Or just come along with friends for a relaxing drink, with table service of course.
